- Orders — an order is accepted when payment clears and you receive a confirmation email. We may cancel and refund orders that can’t be fulfilled (pricing errors, stock outs, fraud checks).
- Pricing — all prices in USD, excluding duties.
- Shipping — see the shipping policy.
- Returns — see the returns policy.
- Warranty — manufacturing defects covered for 6 months from delivery; email support with photos.
